FTI, for industrial land in Geneva, manages all industrial perimeters of the canton. As a public law entity, it ensures support for companies in the canton's industrial zones. As part of the canton's economic development, it matches the supply of surfaces with the demand of eligible companies in industrial zones, while developing the necessary infrastructure for business needs in terms of mobility and management. This action also aims to sustainably develop industrial zones, notably by:- Creating synergies between public actors, real estate developers, and companies, by being at the heart of the coordination of industrial activities in Geneva.- Ensuring the provision of surfaces to industrial and artisanal companies at competitive prices, in compliance with current legislation and guaranteeing a good diversity of the economic fabric.- Managing the development of industrial zones with the goal of reconciling economic activity with its environment, by proposing a quality living environment.In this context, it owns or manages land and buildings for industrial use for others. To strengthen the management division team and the property management department, we are looking for a new position:Property ManagerYour mission:- Establish and ensure the follow-up of amendments, agreements, and contractual documents, in collaboration with property managers.- Ensure rigorous monitoring of the portfolio (land and buildings) as well as leases, guaranteeing the completeness and traceability of files.- Perform data entry and updates in tools and guarantee the reliability of data.- Handle the reception, processing, and response to mail and emails, as well as maintaining structured follow-up (reporting, reminders, history of exchanges) in close collaboration with the CRM manager.- Manage prospects.- Ensure proactive management of contractual deadlines (renewals, deadlines), including reminders and follow-up of actions to be taken.- Interact consistently with various stakeholders to coordinate and, if necessary, postpone or adapt contractual deadlines, in connection with ongoing projects.- Provide support to the two real estate portfolio managers and the department head, particularly in the preparation of files, monitoring of objects, and drafting of correspondence.- Ensure the consistency of data and files between internal management and external agencies, by consolidating and checking information received.- Participate in the production and updating of dashboards (deadlines, vacancies, monitoring of leases).- Play a central role of interface involving regular interactions with internal teams, tenants, real estate agencies, and partners.Profile:- 5 years of experience in a similar position, and experience in property management agencies.- Holder of a federal certificate for property managers or equivalent (an asset for the position).- Excellent writing skills and aptitude for data management systems and their maintenance.- Mastery of MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).- Autonomy, analytical capacity, and strength of proposal.- Ability to work in a team, manage priorities, and possess a character oriented towards listening and customer satisfaction. jidbe6af74aen jit0624aen jpiy26aen
