Today, we are looking for an autonomous condominium manager for our neighborhood management team in the Greater Geneva region. If you are ready to take on daily challenges in collaboration with your colleagues and external parties, this position is for you!As a condominium manager, you will ensure effective management of maintenance activities in the neighborhoods, you will manage Urbagestion employees on-site, and you will prioritize contact with residents.Key missions and responsibilities:- execute and apply all common acts, in accordance with the provisions of the law, the neighborhood regulations, as well as decisions taken in the Assembly- take urgent measures required to prevent or repair damage to common areas of the neighborhood- regularly monitor the condition of the common areas and propose maintenance, repair, and renewal measures to the Assembly of co-owners- proceed with the payment of current invoices concerning the condominium, in particular, common charges, insurance premiums, water, electricity, common heating, maintenance expenses, etc.- impose respect for the regulations and the law in common areas and take sanctions in case of violation of the law or regulations- convene and preside over ordinary and extraordinary Assemblies, draft minutes, and send them out- keep the neighborhood accounting via the software clear and understandable, organize and proceed with the audit of accounts with the auditors- submit to the Assembly a budget, a management report, the accounts, etc., with the distribution of common costs and charges, set annual contributions and the payment to the renovation fund, and submit work projects to be undertaken to the Assembly of co-owners- collect charges and ensure payment to the renovation fund- ensure diligent management of the current account and the renovation fund for which they are responsible on behalf of the condominium- conclude insurance or maintenance contracts for common areas- inform co-owners whenever they request it about the progress of ongoing files, on questions of common interest, report potential defects, and implement rights regarding guarantees for defectsAvailability: immediately or by arrangementIf you are ready to make a difference and contribute to a stimulating work environment, alongside a complementary team, do not hesitate to apply by sending us your complete file.
