Urbagestion is an independent company based in French-speaking Switzerland specialising in neighbourhood management. We are currently looking for an autonomous property manager to strengthen our neighbourhood management team in the Greater Geneva area. If you are ready to face daily challenges in coordination with your colleagues and external service providers, this position is for you!

As a property manager, you will ensure effective management of maintenance activities in the neighbourhoods, manage Urbagestion employees on site, and prioritise contact with residents.

Your mission and key responsibilities:

  • execute and apply all common administrative acts, in accordance with the provisions of the law, the RAU regulations of the neighbourhood, as well as decisions made at the Assembly
  • take urgent measures required to prevent or repair damage to the common areas of the neighbourhood
  • regularly monitor the condition of the facilities
  • propose maintenance, repair and renewal measures to the Assembly of co-owners
  • process payment of current invoices concerning the property in particular, common charges, insurance premiums, water, electricity, common repairs, maintenance expenses, etc.
  • enforce compliance with the RAU regulations and the law in the use of common areas and take sanctions in case of violation of the law or regulations
  • convene and chair ordinary and extraordinary Assemblies, draft the minutes and send them
  • keep the neighbourhood accounts clear and understandable via the Pepsimmo software, organise and carry out the audit of accounts with the auditors
  • present to the Assembly a budget, a management report, operating accounts, etc. with the allocation of common costs and charges, set annual contributions and payments to the renovation fund
  • develop and submit to the Assembly of co-owners projects for works to be undertaken
  • collect charges and ensure payment to the renovation fund
  • ensure diligent management of the current account and the renovation fund for which they are responsible on behalf of the co-ownership
  • conclude insurance or maintenance contracts relating to common areas
  • inform co-owners whenever they request it about the progress of ongoing files, on matters of common interest, immediately report any defects and enforce warranty rights for defects
