We look forward to your contribution.As a Property Manager, your tasks include the active and complete management of a portfolio of properties, overseeing entry and exit during the marketing and changing of properties, and providing continuous support to subordinate assistants (including annual goal setting and personnel follow-up). You will also conduct periodic inspections of properties, creating corresponding reports, manage leases and rents as well as indexed rents, supervise current rental policy, and advise owners on market lease establishment.
