As part of a replacement for a Property Manager (fixed-term contract) We are looking for a Property Manager at 100% from March 1st to October 31st in Lausanne. Ensure the management of rental properties, including inspections and follow-up. Supervise and coordinate technical work and maintenance. Develop and maintain a trustful relationship with institutional owners, addressing legal and contentious aspects (reminders, formal notices, complex files). Your profile Commercial diploma (CFC or equivalent) complemented by solid experience in real estate management (minimum 3 years). Ease in dealing with institutional clients and excellent skills in French (oral and written), with a very good writing sense. Solid knowledge of rental law and mastery of tools (MS Office, Garaio REM). An autonomous, rigorous, organized personality with a developed sense of responsibility. A driver's license.
