As part of a long-term succession plan (retirement), we are looking for a personable and advisory-driven individual for the position of Project Manager for construction systems / Regional Manager (region VD/GE/NE). In this diverse and outward-oriented role, personalized support and advice to clients and project partners are essential. The sought-after personality spends most of their time directly interacting with contractors, merchants, and public project owners. They actively prospect for new projects, manage existing ones, and accompany clients from the initial project idea to the construction site. Internal technical support is guaranteed – we consciously seek an individual capable of maintaining networks, building trust, and creating added value through market presence. Client solutions are developed with the internal team; the focus of the activity is on active market prospecting, on-site consulting, and monitoring prerequisite processes. A degree in construction engineering MSc/BSc or a diploma in project management as well as experience in the field of construction and ideally, experience in civil engineering or infrastructure construction is required. We are looking for a person demonstrating a high level of consulting competence and who is passionate about personal interaction with clients. Fluency in French and good knowledge of German are also required.
