The Project and Process Management Directorate (DPP), within the general management, manages major institutional projects and actively contributes to development. It professionalizes project management, supervises portfolios, and supports changes related to projects.The DPP is looking for a project officer (80%). You play a key role within the major projects unit and directly contribute to the success and visibility of the projects. You assist the head of the unit in managing activities, decision-making, and structural files. You also ensure the quality, coherence, and compliance of deliverables produced, in order to guarantee a high level of requirement across all projects. You promote and disseminate good project management practices. You contribute to continuously improving the methods used by closely collaborating with internal teams and partners.As support for senior project managers, you will work on methodological and documentary aspects to streamline work and enhance efficiency. You actively participate in showcasing projects, notably internally and through institutional materials, to highlight the actions undertaken and strengthen the visibility of major projects. You hold at least a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent and have studied management, engineering, management, or have a component in project management. You have a penchant for topics related to major projects and the hospital sector, a keen interest and knowledge in project management. You possess excellent writing, synthesis, and documentation skills (briefs, reports, executive summaries) and are proficient with office tools. You have the ability to work with rigor, reliability, and a sense of priority management while respecting deadlines.
