Every year, it offers young people from all over Switzerland a platform to present their innovative projects and develop them with the support of experts. Then you are exactly the person we need!Project Manager for Youth Promotion 60%Your tasks:- Implementation and budget responsibility for the entire program throughout the phases of the Competition (registration, selection, semi-finals, coaching phase, finals) and associated events.- For the implementation of the competition process, you will be assisted by an online platform that you configure, test, maintain, and in which you monitor the various stages of the process.- You accompany the participants, answer their questions, and assist in managing the experts.- You organize the semi-finals with an external event agency and participate in the finals. You ensure the smooth running of the event on-site and contribute to the continuous development of processes and procedures.What you will bring:- Proven experience and/or continuous education in project and/or event management, combined with excellent skills.- A university degree (specialized) or comparable professional experience.- An affinity for systems with experience in database management, good knowledge of the MS Office suite, and an approach suitable for different target groups.- Proficiency in German, good passive knowledge of French; proficiency in other languages and English is a plus.- A method of working autonomously, efficiently, and rigorously, a team spirit, a strong service orientation, and resilience to stress.What we offer you:- A rewarding job with inspiring projects and plenty of space for your own ideas.
