Your mission will consist of leading/following projects from our clients; from analyzing business needs to the delivery of implemented solutions, while ensuring the quality and cost-effectiveness of services. You will also contribute, in support of the sales team, to the construction of offers, their development, and their project management at 80%-100% (M/F) Senior in Municipal Management. Your mission, your daily life with us! Manage complex projects with our municipal clients, in collaboration with our technical teams. Provide the client with propositions, support, and business expertise. Manage the life of our installed client base, addressing evolving needs, monitoring service levels, and providing pre-sales support to the sales team in constructing offers. Manage the relationship linked to the offering of services in terms of scope, quality, and profitability. Put your expertise to the benefit of other units, project managers, and colleagues. Your experience, your skills! Holder of a higher education degree (HES) or equivalent expertise; Benefiting from solid experience in project management and/or agile methodology. Broad experience in the business and/or an ERP for managing a municipality in the daily life is an asset (employee or political). Good knowledge of new technologies and mastery of tools for networking both with our clients and our internal teams. Excellent open personality, responsible and proactive in product evolution proposals. Equipped with excellent communication skills and dynamic leadership, client-oriented and willing to travel to client sites. Perfect command of a second language, whether German or English, would be an additional advantage.
