The City of Neuchâtel is offering a project position (60%) until June 30. Service / Chancellery Activities / In this key role at the heart of the municipality, you will ensure the coordination of a cross-functional working group for ongoing projects. You will define and guarantee a rigorous follow-up of an action plan, a smooth communication flow, and a structured interaction between services and political bodies. You will plan, prepare, and facilitate the working group's meetings, ensure follow-up on decisions, write minutes and progress reports, and ensure deadlines are met. In collaboration with the relevant services, you will contribute to the production of analyses, dashboards, and management tools, as well as reflection aimed at streamlining processes, strengthening management, and disseminating best practices within the desired organization.Requirements / Holder of a higher education degree (ES, HES, or university) in public policy, management, or an equivalent field, ideally complemented by training in project management (IPMA, PMP X). You have confirmed experience in project management, preferably in the public or parapublic sector, as well as in managing cross-functional projects and leading working groups involving multiple stakeholders. You understand the functioning of public authorities and have a strong interest in the management and financing of public policies. Equipped with excellent analytical and synthesis skills, you know how to structure and produce decision-aiding documents and communicate clearly and politically. You demonstrate leadership, ease, and adaptability, enabling you to rally various partners and support them through change.This position is also open to freelancers wishing to offer their services for this mission.
