What you will achieve: As an architect in charge of work supervision, you will participate in managing the construction sites closely with the project management team. You will contribute to ensuring the architectural, technical, and economic quality of the execution. Responsibilities: - Management of deadlines, costs, and quality of the companies, engineers, and conducting technical meetings with the execution team regarding details.- Control of submission plans and measurements.- Monitoring of quantifications and profiles. Requirements: - Master's degree in architecture from a university of applied sciences, ETH, or equivalent. - Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, with a good mastery of Swiss standards and regulations.- Strong interest in implementation and a high sense of architectural quality.- Competence in cost assessment and technical design.- Excellent knowledge of building technology and current standards (SIA, SUVA, bpa, etc.) and team management.- Autonomy, sense of responsibility, and the ability to anticipate.- Dynamic, precise, and reliable personality.- Proficiency in common tools (AutoCAD, Revit preferred, Adobe Suite, MS Office).- Language: French; English or German is an advantage or to be agreed upon.Duration: Permanent.
