We offer an inclusive and thriving environment.Responsibilities:- Advance Glion s applied research agenda by producing relevant and high-quality research, contributing to KPIs, and strengthening Glion s standing as a thought leader in luxury hospitality- Support applied research impact and industry engagement by fostering industry partnerships, and integrating practitioner insights into research, teaching, and externally funded or industry-sponsored projects- Contribute to the development of the GRPI department by supporting research themes, funding opportunities, and cross-disciplinary research- Provide leadership and mentoring, guiding junior faculty, shaping research themes, supervising pipelines, and supporting grant and funded projects- Teaching on undergraduate and executive level and ensuring research insights are actively embedded into the classroom and student experience. Ensure the research insights support the continuous development of Glion faculty and student experience- Ensure academic excellence and quality assurance by engaging in curriculum development and design, and adherence to GIHE quality standards, while contributing to student development and supervisionProfile and experiences:- PhD or equivalent terminal degree in a relevant field- Evidence of continued professional development and engagement with luxury hospitality- A recognized track record of research excellence in luxury hospitality focused topics, through high-impact and scholarly contributions- Significant experience in developing and leading academic programs- Proven success in securing research grants, industry partnerships, or externally funded projects- Leadership within an academic or research environment- Ability to design and conduct rigorous, applied research and lead large-scale or multidisciplinary research projects- Ability to mentor colleagues, lead research groups, and contribute to academic programs- Understanding of luxury hospitality sector trends, challenges, and opportunities, with strong industry networks- Excellent written and oral communication skills and the ability to work effectively with diverse academic and industry partners- Fluency in English required; proficiency in French is an advantageOtherGIHE Sàrl, Rue de l Ondine 20, 1630 BulleType of contract: undefined period of time contractActivity 100%Start date: To be discussed jid412c63eaen jit0624aen jpiy26aen
