In this role, you will act as a key link between R&D, sales, and customers, combining deep product expertise with strong skills to position, configure, and our solutions effectively. You will support the entire product lifecycle, from X through customer adoption and commercial main responsibilities will include:Technical Ownership and Product ExpertiseAct as the internal technical authority for assigned products.Partner with R&D to stay informed on developments.Document and product knowledge across the customize, and manage product user manuals.Customer Enablement and Technical SupportProvide technical expertise drives sales and resolves as the primary technical liaison for product positioning and value closely with the Engineer.Product Definition and Market market insights into product the product roadmap.Deliver feedback to R& and Product and maintain technical marketing with Marketing & successful product launches and events.Internal Alignment and Knowledge cross-functional and internal stakeholders on product capabilities, and succeed in this position, you will need the following experience and skills:Engineering degree in robotics, electronics, or years of experience in a technical product specialist or engineer role.Ability to travel worldwide up to 15% of the time.Excellent oral and written skills with ability to adapt for diverse audiences.Project management skills with ability to work on several projects in with a strong ability to move things forward.Proficiency in English (C1 level).
