At our site in Mex, Switzerland, BOBST Mex SA is looking for its future Process Specialist in printing and die-cutting for a full-time permanent position. If you are currently experienced, a specialist in this type of process, and have strong skills in helioprinting and inline/integrated die-cutting, this position is for you. This role involves travel, which could reach up to 50% of your time. The primary objective of the Process Specialist is to ensure that each printing and inline die-cutting machine installed and commissioned at our clients meets the required levels of quality and productivity by providing top-notch support, assisting, and guiding during the initial productions while continuing to train on settings and operation of the machine. Additionally, support for production at our clients includes: - Instructing client personnel for efficient machine operation and high-quality printing and die-cutting. - Quickly correcting and/or resolving problems and troubleshooting any machine malfunctions. - Collaborating with the R&D departments to resolve issues and propose solutions. - Providing ongoing support and expertise to clients to ensure excellent progress throughout the projects and advancements at their sites: - Ensuring a constant ramp-up of production and our clients' knowledge by assisting them with their machine project before and after delivery, enabling them to achieve high production volumes and consistent quality. - Establishing a solid presence on-site while adhering to safety standards. Required skills and experiences: - Expertise in printing and die-cutting processes, including adjustments and troubleshooting. - A minimum of 8 to 15 years of experience in Hélio printing and inline die-cutting, knowledge of die-cutting is a plus. - Experience with web-fed machines and die-cutting; mastery of technical English. - Familiarity with Microsoft Office or ERP software.
