Printing Systems Maintenance TechnicianAs a Printing Systems Maintenance Technician, you will ensure the complete refurbishment of our printing modules (clusters) after their role consists of diagnosing equipment, performing a complete disassembly, replacing necessary mechanical, electronic, or fluid components, and then conducting functional tests to ensure that each cluster is put back into service with an impeccable quality and performance level. This role requires a genuine analytical mindset and constant rigor in task execution, as well as a strong enthusiasm for problem-solving. If you enjoy dismantling, understanding, and reassembling complex systems and ensuring that everything works perfectly before bringing them back into service, then this opportunity is for you.Key Responsibilities:- Receive and identify clusters for disassembly, completely clean mechanical, electronic, and fluid components.- Perform advanced functional tests to identify components that are at the end of their life or need replacement.- Conduct functional tests and validate final compliance.- Document each intervention in system X.- Return equipment in compliance with quality, safety, and performance standards.- Report any anomalies and strictly apply quality and safety standards.- Manage constraints related to solvents and specific products.- Strict adherence to EHS rules and wearing personal protective equipment (PPE) as per regulations.Profile Required:- At least a technician/advanced technician in industrial maintenance, electrotechnics, or equivalent.- Strong technical skills in mechanics, electricity, fluidics, and analysis and diagnostics related to complex breakdowns.- Rigor in execution of tasks and in data entry.- Manual dexterity and meticulousness to work on delicate and costly components.- Absolute respect for safety rules, quality procedures, and team spirit, reactivity, awareness, and strong personal commitment.Why BOBST?At BOBST, every technician directly contributes to the performance and reliability of our equipment used worldwide.
