For our client, a human-sized SME active in the vending sector, we are recruiting their future Field Manager & Services Manager. As a true link between management and the teams, you will oversee everything within your scope and manage a team of around 30 people: Management, support, and recruitment of teams (restaurant/bar) and activities, monitoring and control across various points of service, regular site visits (French-speaking Switzerland), ensuring adherence to and quality of standards, tracking performance, and contributing actively to the group's cross-functional projects.
