Supervise and manage the performance of employees' work, provide professional advice, and improve the overall quality of the team. Ensure customer satisfaction as well as handle any complaints. Responsible for internal and external communication of the hotel to ensure the smooth functioning of various departments. Develop reports for management. Manage costs and control budgets and expenses.PROFILEUniversity degree in hotel management or tourism management. Good team leadership, skills in conflict resolution and the ability to quickly manage problems. Strong sense of service, attention to detail, and the ability to cope with a high-pressure work environment. Proficiency in office software.
