Director at 100% Y-CAD SA, a key player in the Nord-Vaud region in the field of renewable and sustainable thermal energy, aims to study, construct, and manage distribution and production networks of thermal energy in the city of Yverdon-les-Bains and the surrounding areas. To support the development of our infrastructure in a rapidly growing market, we are looking for a DIRECTOR. As a Director, your main tasks and responsibilities will include supervising and managing the technical aspects of our company. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: Collaborating closely with senior management on the master plan for infrastructures, in consistency with the objectives defined by the Board and implementing short/long-term productivity targets; defining and evolving the concepts of all works, aiming for the performance and renewable targets; supervising production, the supply chain, deliveries, and managing relationships with our partners and various stakeholders in the region; establishing and managing budgets to optimize costs and analyze performance; ensuring the quality of supplies from our suppliers and ensuring compliance and resilience of the works; supervising and controlling, in close collaboration with our partners, the proper execution of maintenance and extension works; representing the company to technical organizations concerning our activities. Profile: Holding a degree in mechanical engineering, energy engineering, or equivalent, with a solid background in management (MBA), you have at least 5 to 10 years of successful experience in the field of thermal or energy networks, including a minimum of 5 years in a management position. You are attentive, proactive, and customer-oriented; you are dynamic, persevering, and stress-resistant. Your organization and commitment are the keys to your success. You are organized, have a sense of priorities, and can work on multiple projects simultaneously with a mastery of management methods and tools. You are experienced with supervision/SCADA tools to manage and optimize the performance of works. You are comfortable with MS Office tools, have a perfect command of French, and possess good knowledge of English. You demonstrate flexibility and hold a driving license.
