Are you motivated to take over from our current pre-HEG intern?You will join our Office Management department, composed of 4 people, where you will provide support in our daily management and actively contribute to the smooth operation of Publishing Factory SA and its client companies.Important: this position involves physical efforts. You will regularly be required to remove, move, and transport items. Your main tasks will include:Management of infrastructures and offices: You support the team to ensure a pleasant working environment for all employees. You participate in office layout, relocations, and ensure compliance with safety standards (maintenance and upkeep of buildings, equipment). You follow procedures and checklists in place to guarantee the smooth functioning of the department and for our clients (management and tracking of supplies and stocks). You address daily emergencies and requests.Management of general services: logistics, event organization, management of meeting rooms are part of your daily routine. Office administration: tasks linked to the front desk (such as welcoming visitors and delivery people, receiving phone calls, handling mail and postal shipments, processing internal requests by ticket, traveling to our different sites), inventory management, and workstation supplies (screens, docking stations, keyboards, mice, etc.).
