Night Nurse at 95% The Nant organizes all public health care in the eastern Vaud region. It assumes public health responsibilities at the request of Vaud. Its care services are open to everyone, children, adolescents, adults, and elderly people living in the Aigle, Lavaux-Oron, and Riviera-Pays-d'Enhaut districts. They are provided by psychologists, nurses, occupational therapists, social workers, and other mental health professionals. The Nant is a member of the Vaud Hospitals Federation (FHV), which is the umbrella organization for the recognized public interest regional hospitals in Vaud. It is also part of the Haut-Léman Health Network, which brings together health partners from the Riviera and Pays-d'Enhaut with those from the Vaud and Valais Chablais. Linked to psychoanalysis through its history, the Nant currently identifies with its contemporary developments. The resulting clinical vision is expressed through its values and its openness to others. To complete its night team at the Adult Psychiatry and Psychotherapy Service (SPPA), the Nant is advertising a Night Nurse position at 95%. THE MISSION Night nurses are tasked with ensuring the necessary care for each patient in great autonomy and in close collaboration within an interdisciplinary team. Called to intervene at different sites, they are characterized by being particularly adaptable. WE OFFER The Nant is a privately recognized institution of public interest, responsible for organizing and providing care in the eastern Vaud region. Working at the Nant means being part of an interdisciplinary team that offers short to medium-term stays to support and consolidate the recovery process of those with severe mental disorders leading to social difficulties. WE ARE LOOKING FOR A nurse with experience in nursing with HES-SO recognition (or an equivalent qualification). We seek someone particularly adaptable and flexible, able to serve the needs of their colleagues and the institution.
