As a Network Electrician in the maintenance of MT-BT substations, you will be responsible for maintaining medium and low voltage substations. In the Electricity Distribution Activity, the Maintenance unit with its 50 ensures the proper functioning of the network composed of HT-MT substations, MT-BT substations, the overhead network, as well as underground technical galleries. Within the DEC (Electricity Distribution and Metering) management, you will be required to maintain the MT-BT substations and will be responsible for: - Carrying out maintenance work on SIG and private MT-BT substations; - Contributing to and ensuring the required equipment for monitoring MT-BT substations; - Ensuring logistics related to the work assigned to you; - Ensuring the safety of people and property in your area of activity (for example, applying and ensuring compliance with internal procedures and safety regulations in force).Your personality and skills: You are familiar with MT-BT substations and have very good physical condition. We expect you to be capable of working in a team, have a good spirit, and demonstrate precision and rigor. You possess very good knowledge of safety rules and standards. This position requires certain availability. Work starts early in the morning. As part of your mission, you may be required to work outside regular working hours (nights), depending on the demands of certain construction sites. You will be on standby duty requiring travel within a maximum of 30 minutes in the canton of Geneva. Furthermore, this position requires a light vehicle driver's license (category B). A forklift operator license is also a requirement; you will need to attend continuous training courses (for example: working at heights and confined spaces, live working TST-2, first aid, etc.).Your academic background: You hold a Federal Certificate of Competence (CFC) as a network electrician, electrician, or an equivalent qualification, complemented by a minimum of 5 years of professional experience in the electrical field.
