Mission: Ensure the follow-up of the evolution of clients with mental health issues at home and manage their care project by organizing interventions on an interdisciplinary basis and with the client, their family, and their doctor. Perform general and specialized nursing care: Be in possession of a recognized nursing degree from the Swiss Red Cross or an equivalent certification, possibly with a specific qualification in the field of mental health; ideally have at least 2 years of professional experience in general nursing and advanced adult care. Be capable of working autonomously and in an interdisciplinary manner. Have reflective skills with analytical and synthesis capabilities, along with good management skills, and be comfortable in communication with various stakeholders. Possess a driving license and have access to a vehicle (possibility to use a professional vehicle). Knowledge of German would be an asset.
