Perform nursing care as well as general care at their home. Design a therapeutic project with the client and their relatives, based on their evolution and specific needs. Ensure follow-up of interdisciplinary care plans, in collaboration with the support network and care partners. Experience in mental health. Experience in CMS, knowledge of the Swiss X system and common tools. Ability to work independently, organized, and manage unforeseen events. Excellent qualities of open-mindedness and dynamism. Teaching skills for supervising auxiliary staff and interns.
