Coordinate and ensure follow-up related to the activities of assistant doctors/interns (schedules, files). Actively support department heads in their daily tasks and manage the team of medical assistants responsible for drafting, sending, and tracking official letters and documents (letters, medical reports). Handle all medical tasks (management of patient files, appointment scheduling, follow-up, filing). Perform routine medical procedures according to the profile (blood draws, ECGs). Continuously contribute to processes and quality checks regularly at our site in La Chaux-de-Fonds. Required QualificationsMedical assistant training, CFC in business administration, medical secretary diploma, or an equivalent qualification. Confirmed experience in a similar position, ideally within a large team. Very good knowledge of Windows 365, Teams, Outlook; knowledge of Opale, PEP-Polypoint, SIC Carefolio is a plus. Excellent stress resistance and ability to manage complex situations. Strong ability to effectively prioritize tasks and organize work according to urgency. Proven team leadership skills, particularly in supervising and supporting a team of 23. Sense of responsibility and ability to work independently. Analytical thinking and ability to find solutions to unexpected situations. Excellent communication skills and service orientation.
