Youth is a non-profit organization that focuses on the professional integration of young people aged 15 to 25 towards the success of their projects through concrete activities and personalized coaching. Through the Semester of (SeMo Chablais) initiative, Youth welcomes nearly a hundred young people each year at its sites in Aigle and Bex, who are seeking a place in the mission of SeMo X to define a realistic and achievable professional project with the young participants. SeMo X then supports the participants in acquiring and developing skills so they can secure a place. Youth is looking for a Coordinator – (60–80 %)Main missions: 1. Supervision and Integration (Core of the position):- He/she participates in the transmission of knowledge, techniques to introduce young people to digital tools (office, multimedia, basics).- He/she supports young people in their search for internships/apprenticeships (CV formatting, interviews, digital identity).- He/she sets work goals adapted to the pace of each young person and evaluates their progress.2. Technical and Multimedia Manager:- He/she is responsible for ensuring IT maintenance, the proper functioning of the equipment and network.- He/she is responsible for producing visual and written content (photos, videos, stories, posters, posts), engaging and growing our communities on social media, updating the website, dynamic screens, and participating in newsletters, designing materials to promote the organization’s different services.- He/she takes photos/videos and ensures editing, layouts of brochures, flyers, commercial materials, and signage.- He/she guarantees the visual coherence of the brand: graphic charter, etc.- He/she ensures that content is optimized for each channel (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, website).- He/she supports marketing projects, participates in the planning and execution of campaigns (summer, winter, Christmas...), conducts trend monitoring, and proposes ideas.- He/she collaborates with external partners (agencies, printers, videographers).- He/she takes part in events related to the promotion of apprenticeships.3. Poly-design Manager:- He/she participates in the management of the restaurant and display windows of the school. Professional requirements:- Minimum of 3 years of working experience in the field.- Aged at least 25.- Experience in supervising young people.- Excellent command of MS tools.- Proficiency in the Adobe suite and WordPress.- Comfort in managing equipment and network.- General ease with AI tools and social networks.
