Our client is currently building its first industrial site in Switzerland, in Monthey, with the ambition of creating a benchmark industrial and technological center within a group supported by an investment fund. The company is developing an innovative physico-chemical technology, based in particular on electromagnetic fields and complex electromechanical systems. The project is now entering a key phase with significant development challenges, and in this context, we are recruiting an Engineer with a strong technical dimension. Reporting to the site's technical teams, you will work at the heart of product development, in close liaison with power electronics partners and software teams. In this capacity, you will be responsible for:- Participating in the development and design of electromagnetic winding systems generating rotating fields driven at different frequencies.- Working on the piloting and control of these systems via electric drives (VFD, variable frequency drives), in connection with performance constraints.- Contributing to the design and validation of power electronics solutions, in collaboration with specialized partners.- Working on complex systems such as electric motors, turbines, pumps (liquids or gases), or similar electromechanical equipment.- Participating in the development of modular, robust, and cost-optimized technical solutions, with a view to their industrialization.- Managing the interfaces between hardware and software, particularly on control, monitoring, and data subjects.- Contributing to the implementation of systems for collecting and analyzing usage data, in order to optimize product performance.- Interacting with software teams for the development of testing and analysis tools (Python, AI, etc.).Profile:- Engineering degree with a global logic of systems and processes, with a strong specialization in electrotechnics, power electronics, or a related field.- Experience in complex technical environments, with a strong electromechanical and/or power electronics component.- Very good command of electric drives, variable frequency drives (VFD), and associated control systems.- Knowledge of applied electromagnetism.- Experience with systems such as motors, turbines, pumps, or similar industrial equipment.- Competence in software subjects, and data (Python, data analysis, etc.).- Ability to evolve in a transverse environment, at the interface between hardware, software, and analytics.- Technical curiosity, autonomy, and ability to solve complex problems.- Dynamic, involved, with a strong desire to be part of a project in the construction phase.- Fluent French; professional English required.Context & Environment:- Key position within an industrial project in a demanding technical phase, combining electromechanics, power electronics, and software.- Collaboration with specialized technological partners and internal teams.- Industrial start-up environment: autonomy, versatility, ability to build in a rapidly evolving environment.Why join this project?- Participate in the development of an innovative technology with high industrial potential.- Work on complex and stimulating technical subjects.- Contribute to the construction of an industrial site from its initial phases.- Evolve in a dynamic environment, with a high level of exposure and impact. jiddfbcb87aen jit0623aen jpiy26aen
