To support the finance department of our client in its role, we are looking for a Management Controller (F/M/D) - Health Sector - Morges. Our client specializes in the health sector with activities across several sites around Morges.Responsibilities:- Develop, adapt, and optimize management and reporting tools to support managers in their decision-making.- Serve as a finance business partner to management and teams: provide relevant analyses, challenge assumptions, support understanding, and contribute to decisions.- Analyze variances between forecasts and quarterly/annual reviews, and prepare summaries for management.- Participate in ongoing process projects with teams related to the development of the internal X system and take on certain key controls aimed at reducing identified risks.- Implement and develop analytical accounting and case cost calculation, ensuring it is reliable and usable by sector managers.- Oversee the capacity building of the Tableau tool within the department with the junior management controller assigned to its development.Qualifications:- Higher education in finance, management control, economics, or management (HEG, university, or federal title considered equivalent).- 3 to 5 years of confirmed experience in management control in Switzerland, ideally in a hospital or social environment.- Excellent command of tools, particularly Excel; knowledge of Opale and/or Tableau BI is a strong asset for analytical accounting and decision support tools.- Proficient in managing and analyzing databases and strong collaboration skills with multidisciplinary teams and supporting non-financial stakeholders.- Proactive, autonomous, structured personality capable of efficiently managing priorities.Conditions and Benefits:- Varied and stimulating missions within a role with direct impact, allowing for real added value, as well as benefits such as easy access to public transport. jida099419aen jit0414aen jpiy26aen
