For our Finance department at our Pully branch, we are looking for a: Management Control Manager (m/f)Your challenges: - Budget management and forecasting: develop the annual budget and financial forecasts while ensuring the consistency of assumptions with the overall picture, while ensuring data reliability and rigorous cost control monitoring. - Ensure the design, mastery, and reliability of performance keys and dashboards that support business management. Provide a clear, prioritized, and actionable view by linking data and financial impacts to enlighten management decisions. - Review and ensure the consistency of cost management, profitability analyses by sales channels, and investment business cases. Provide the CFO with a structured analytical overview to assess the robustness of assumptions, the relevance of projects, and their contribution to ROI. - Guarantee the quality, consistency, production, and reliability of key reports. Ensure alignment between finance and business units to provide clear, homogeneous, and directly usable information. - Manage and develop the management control team and their skills development. Maintain close collaboration with internal teams.Your profile:- University or specialized higher education: Bachelor’s or Master’s in corporate finance, economics, management, or deemed equivalent. - 7 to 15 years of experience in management control, ideally in a regulated company or one with high financial complexity, financial systems, performance analysis. Proven experience in managing complex budgets, profitability analysis, business cases, and executive reporting. - Advanced proficiency in Excel and analytical tools.
