As part of a new ongoing deployment work, the Finance Department is strengthening its team with the creation of a CFO Assistant position, focused on management control and oversight. **Management Control Officer (M/F/D)**Our client is a public law institution active in the Canton of Neuchâtel and employs over 200 people.**Financial Oversight and Management Control:**- Manage the budget construction (annual budget, revisions, multi-site).- Establish and monitor forecasts, variance analyses, and action plans.- Develop and maintain dashboards (financial and operational) tailored to the needs of management and department heads.- Improve the quality of files: data reliability, rigor of analyses, deliverables, and argumentation.- Contribute to translating realities into management data and impacts.**Support for Managers (Business Partnering):**- Assist non-financial managers in interpreting figures, understanding levers, and making decisions.- Provide guidance on management fundamentals and promote oversight tools.- Build proximity relationships with field teams and strengthen management culture.**Team Management and Development:**- Supervise and nurture a team of around 5 people in accounting and skills development.- Establish work routines, internal controls, and production processes and tools.- Evolve controlling processes (reducing dependency on Excel).- Contribute to financial information systems and optimize existing tools (accounting ERP, payroll tools, etc.).**Profile:**- University degree in business administration, finance, and/or finance & controlling.- Experience in management systems is an asset.- 5 to 10 years of experience in a similar position.- Experience in team management (minimum X).- Proficiency with tools (ERP, BI/reporting).- In-depth knowledge of accounting ERPs and/or payroll tools (e.g., SAP).- Strong analytical and detail-oriented mindset, rigor.- Comfort in cross-departmental communication.**Conditions and Benefits:**- An executive role with a real impact: controlling, improving the quality of files, supportive environment, and numerous projects to structure.- Modern working conditions: remote work 1 to 2 days/week depending on needs. jidaaef4efaen jit0206aen jpiy26aen
