**M&A Director / Head of M&A**
For a **permanent** position with a **100%** workload.
**DESCRIPTION DE LA MISSION**
Our client, a leading international technology company delivering mission-critical solutions at the heart of complex, high-intensity global ecosystems, is seeking its next M&A Director.
**Key Responsibilities**
**1. Strategy & Deal Origination**
* Build and maintain a qualified M&A pipeline aligned with strategic priorities
* Proactively identify and originate acquisition opportunities
**2. Execution**
Lead the full M&A transaction lifecycle:
* Qualification
* Valuation
* Due diligence
* Structuring
* Negotiation
* Closing
**3. Governance & Discipline**
* Establish and enforce high standards for deal selection and validation
* Drive strategic decision-making (go / no-go)
* Ensure financial discipline and value creation across transactions
**4. Stakeholder Management**
* Work closely with senior leadership and executive committee members
* Prepare investment cases and decision-making materials
**5. Leadership**
* Lead and develop a dedicated M&A team (5-6 people)
* Collaborate cross-functionally with strategy, finance, legal, and operations teams
**PROFIL ATTENDU**
**Profile & Requirements**
* 10-15+ years of experience in M&A
Background in:
* Private Equity
* Investment Banking
* Corporate M&A
Exposure to:
* Technology environments
* SaaS / IT services / platform-based businesses
Proven track record in:
* International transactions
* Complex acquisitions
* Deal structuring
