We are primarily active in Switzerland and intervene occasionally abroad.Position: Mechanic, Maintenance Specialist Workplace: Nant de Drance Plant, Le Châtelard-Village, municipality of Finhaut (VS) Your mission: As a mechanic and maintenance specialist, you contribute to the availability, reliability, and safety of the mechanical equipment at the Nant power plant.Your responsibilities: - Carry out maintenance work as well as tasks related to the renewal of equipment. - Actively participate in interventions on the hydropower units, including disassembly, reassembly, and mechanical and electrical testing. - Propose techniques and participate in the implementation of projects with the electrical, operational, and engineering teams to optimize the availability and reliability of the equipment. - Ensure the monitoring and operation of facilities according to the established procedures. - Eventually, provide on-call intervention service (approximately 5 weeks per year). Your skills: - CFC (Federal Certificate of Proficiency) as a polymechanic, mechanic, or an equivalent trade. - Proven experience in troubleshooting and maintaining industrial mechanical equipment (hydropower field is a plus). - Sense of responsibility. - Enjoyment of teamwork and mobility. - Ability to manage the workload effectively.
