This position involves production scheduling and the implementation of processes to meet departmental objectives. Additionally, the role includes responsibility for the Apprenticeship Center, with direct oversight of the entire X CFC program. Main Responsibilities: Define and implement processes for milling and turning machines (CNC machines) to meet defined objectives (machine rates, productive hours) Ensure a high level of quality by minimizing the non-conformity rate Ensure the successful implementation of a 4-year apprenticeship program, to guarantee optimal and efficient use of working hours and attainment of the CFC Polymechanic within deadlines Identify process improvement and cost-reduction opportunities, implement solutions to increase efficiency and productivity Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and dashboards to monitor performance and make necessary adjustments Train and support teams on new processes and opportunities, and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for the main department processes Ensure that all processes comply with applicable laws and standards (ISO and ESG) jidf7b8573aen jit0208aen jpiy26aen
