Description

As part of wealth management, CPCN offers a varied range of financing options, including mortgages. To take over the management of a portfolio of approximately 300 files, we are looking for a:

Loan and Mortgage Manager at 90-100% Your tasks:

Management and development of the existing portfolio – both front office (client relations, request follow-up, preparation of financing offers) and back office (credit analysis, contract drafting, administrative and operational processing);

Advice, financial analysis and proactive proposals in the context of granting new loans;

Preparation of analysis and contractual documents;

Relationship management with various external stakeholders (notaries, financial partners, land registry, etc.);

Accounting management of the dedicated software including cash flow management, updating and consistency of entries;

Active participation in the evolution of the asset class (process improvement and contribution to decisions).

Profile sought:

• Training in finance, banking or equivalent;
• Proven experience of at least 5 years in loan management and credit analysis;
• Excellent analytical skills, rigour and attention to detail;
• Good interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders;
• Proficiency in IT tools and loan management software;
• Autonomy, sense of responsibility and initiative;
• Driving licence and use of private vehicle for professional purposes.
