Job Description Carry out the finishing of components (bridges, moving parts, complex and skeletonized pieces) with impeccable precision. Perform angle finishing using wood and polishing paste, applying the traditional methods specific to Haute Horlogerie. Apply polishing techniques and various manual techniques (roughing, shaping & polishing, stretching, blocked polishing). Execute blocked polishing with consistency, finesse, and a high level of quality. Create high-end decoration techniques such as perlage, Geneva stripes, engraving, or coiling (a highly appreciated skill). Work in strict compliance with the BT plans, tolerances, processes, and current quality standards. Ensure the aesthetic, functional, and dimensional conformity of each decorated component, while maintaining a constant level of excellence. Profile You have a minimum of 7 years of experience in a similar role in watchmaking. You are known for your manual dexterity, meticulousness, and keen sense of quality in your work. You have excellent visual acuity and a great attention to detail. You appreciate high-precision artisanal work, requiring rigor, autonomy, and a team spirit. Your respect for rules and professionalism allows you to evolve calmly within a demanding environment. Required Skills Languages Perfect mastery of the French language both orally and in writing.
