For one of our clients based in Geneva, a renowned institution, we are looking for a: Legal Service Manager (M/F) Permanent position, activity rate can be between 90% and 100% JOB DESCRIPTIONManagement and oversight of the service and supervision of the activities of the legal departmentGuidance, support, and development of skills, work distribution, and monitoring of workloadEstablishment and ongoing implementation of internal and transversal proceduresRegular reporting to Management and during team management meetings (interviews, schedules, job descriptions, recruitment, follow-up charts)Final proofreading of legal productions, acting as the internal reference for control and compliance processesLegal activities on complex cases in social insurance law, particularly in oppositions and appealsDrafting decisions, letters, and taking institutional actions in procedures before competent authoritiesLegal support to other internal departments and Management on sensitive issues or legal watch (legal developments, case law, directives and annual updates of reference documents, legal sheets, and specialized tools in social insurance)Contribution to the content of events, seminars, and days at conferences, meetings, and legal actionsDrafting or supervising specialized legal documentsPROFILEUniversity degree in law (bachelor's or master's) - in SwitzerlandProven experience in the field of social insurance, with a strong expertise in AVS/AICertificate in social insurance and/or certificate: strong analytical, synthesis, and legal drafting skillsComfortable in decision-making and team managementAbility to work transversally and collaborate with various stakeholdersSense of prioritizing and great methodological rigorVery good oral and written communication skills and active listeningIn addition to a competitive salary, numerous additional benefits complete the package. jida4d176faen jit0208aen jpiy26aen
