## Description du poste ##

To join the legal team of our client, we are looking for a Legal Counsel

Main responsibilities

\-Drafting and reviewing commercial contracts (e.g., sponsorship, media rights, licensing) as well as event-related agreements (e.g., hosting, service providers).

\-Overseeing the organisation's insurance programme, including review of event-related policies and management of claims.

\-Managing trademark protection efforts for the organisation's visual identity and related assets.

\-Handling debt recovery procedures.

\-Drafting, reviewing and updating regulations applicable to the organisation's various activities.

\-Managing commercial registry publications for the organisation and its affiliated entities.

\-Conducting legal research and preparing memos on various topics.

\-Collaborating closely with internal departments by advising on regulatory matters and helping manage disputes involving external stakeholders.

\-Providing legal support to the Head of Legal and Compliance on diverse subjects.

Profile:

\-Holder of a law degree

\-Working experience as a legal counsel (2 years minimum)

\-Outstanding command of French and English, both written and spoken

\-Working experience in sports administration an asset

\-Ability to synthesise and analyse

\-Ability to communicate and share information effectively

\-Organised, thorough and able to work under pressure

\-Ability to set priorities and comply with deadlines

\-Keen sense of service and confidentiality

\-Team spirit

Holder of bar exam an asset
