Attentive, dynamic, and forward-looking, the cantonal institutions and their establishments are at the service of Fribourg residents.Who are we?The LAVI center (assistance for victims) for children, men, and victims of dependency is part of the Child and Youth Service (SEJ) and provides support to minor victims as well as men and victims of road incidents in the canton of Fribourg.Why join us?As part of the LAVI center, within a small motivated team, you will be able to utilize your social skills and your interest in the field of assistance to victims while encouraging a balance between professional and personal life and offering a supportive work environment and conditions.Main missions:- Support for victims and their relatives- Assess the needs of victims and provide comprehensive information on victims’ rights and available assistance- Organize and coordinate assistance with the networkDesired profile:Holding a bachelor’s or master’s degree in social work (or equivalent), you have a strong interest in the field of victim support with a postgraduate qualification in assistance for victims of offenses (CAS LAVI). Experience in supporting minors (children and/or adolescents) is a plus. Equipped with analytical skills for complex situations and a synthetic mindset, you are comfortable with work and have a strong sense of organization and excellent stress resilience. You are capable of managing your files independently while having the ability to work in a team.
