Within our personal insurance department (LAA, supplementary LAA), you are the first point of contact for our clients, and you manage accident claims. What you will do:- You will independently and customer-oriented manage accident claims files- You apply the claims regulations according to legal and contractual provisions- You work closely with our various partners and draft decisions- You correspond and conduct interviews with various parties involved in settling a claim (insured parties, employers, medical services, other insurers, etc.)- You detect recourse against third parties responsible and other insurersWhat you bring:- Completed commercial education, federal diploma in social insurance is an advantage- Professional in managing accident claims files (knowledge of the X system and Swiss private insurances)- Reliable personality, excellent communication skills, and professionalism towards clients- French language skills and any other language would be an advantageYour contact:Senior Talent Acquisition Consultant: Mirlinda SulimaniThis position is available part-time or full-time: 80 - 100% Lausanne, Crissier.
