The Directorate of Digital and Augmented Intelligence (DTN-IA) is responsible for integrating and managing the most efficient hospital systems to support the clinical and logistical activities of the Geneva University Hospitals. With more than 250 workstations and servers available 24/7 for all staff, DTN-IA manages a complex system for the HUG and 7 other Geneva institutions, as well as an efficient ERP for logistical and financial processes. DTN-IA creates cutting-edge files and contributes to the prominence of the HUG through recognized functional richness and close collaboration with all health professionals and their transversal departments. Furthermore, DTN-IA integrates cutting-edge biomedical equipment and everyday essentials, as well as specialized tools for all roles. The role of DTN-IA is to support daily activities and to build the future of a modern and efficient hospital, based on the institution's strategic priorities and adhering to the best practices and the most demanding standards. System Analyst - 100% In collaboration with stakeholders, you will be responsible for understanding their needs, proposing one or more comprehensive solutions for identified issues, and assessing feasibility by weighing the pros and cons of each option. You will lead project management, develop and deploy clinical forms according to current standards and methodologies. You will supervise subject matter experts in departments or business divisions on these topics, being able to guide all phases of a project from initiation to closure, producing deliverables at each of these stages, including detailed flows of business processes and writing a report outlining the key points of the project. You will support stakeholders during their transition in clinical matters by following the standards dictated by the business departments and ensure the maintenance of these systems. To do this, you will rely on your listening skills, your ability to write, and your synthesis skills. You will work transversally, closely with business departments (Medical Directorate, Nursing Directorate, Medical Care Departments) and the Directorate of Digital and Augmented Intelligence (DTN-IA). You will lead and participate in work sessions with stakeholders while ensuring the consistency and sustainability of the content. You will also provide level 3 support, collaborating with other DTN-IA services and/or solution vendors. You demonstrate initiative, participate in cross-sectional studies, hold a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, or possess similar qualifications, and have a solid understanding of data exchange formats (XML, JSON) as well as queries. Experience in a medical field is highly appreciated, especially with pricing reference systems such as TarMed. You are recognized for your qualities, analytical skills, and ability to tackle challenges in a complex environment. Clinical experience as a caregiver represents a significant advantage.
