Generalist in IT Movetia is the agency for exchanges and mobility. You have the chance to realize your ideas and actively participate in the evolution of our environment for about 60 employees. This position is initially temporary until [date], with the possibility of tasks recurring thereafter. You play a key role in the smooth operation of our infrastructure and actively contribute to our digital development. Thanks to your commitment, our employees can work efficiently on a daily basis.- Ensure stable operation of the IT infrastructure and provide quality first-level support; resolve incidents related to Windows, Office 365, and devices; coordinate interventions with our external IT partners for second-level support and cloud services.- Support the onboarding of new employees with account setup (IT) and ensure the availability of workstations.- Actively participate in IT projects, notably during deployment, and occasionally take the lead; gather the needs of departments, analyze processes, and translate them into appropriate digital solutions.- Ensure the management and maintenance of essential IT activities; manage access and keep IT documentation and technical guides updated.- Evaluate new tools and technologies and propose concrete implementations to improve processes.Profile: You have a degree in IT or an equivalent field, complemented by professional experience. You are comfortable with Windows environments, Office 365, and basic technologies. You have confirmed experience in first-level support and system administration. Experience in project management, business analysis, and/or management is a plus. You work autonomously, in a structured manner, and appreciate teamwork, considering feedback as a means to progress. Curious and open to new technologies, you demonstrate a solution-oriented mindset and are not afraid to propose improvements. You possess a hands-on mentality, can remain calm under demanding situations, and communicate easily with various stakeholders.
