Our dynamic team strives to offer you perspectives in line with your project.In the context of a 3-month temporary assignment, we are looking for a Stock Manager for one of our clients based in the Canton of Geneva.Your mission:- Manage stocks- Record entries and exits of all parts- Ensure rolling inventory of all stored components- Ensure physical storage of parts- Prepare components or finished products- Ensure the supply of components and compliance of work orders for the various production departments and the sales department- Carry out the reception of components before production- Verify the quantity and weight of each component received- Enter data in accordance with the sector in SAP- Ensure the sending of waste- Monitor work orders, correct them if necessary, and perform technical closure of work orders- Manage MRP data, update them if necessary- Launch work orders- Carry out the shipment and reception of goods- Verify the quantity and weight of each component sent and/or received- Use packagingRequired technical skills:- Good dexterity: comfortable with the handling of small-sized components- Mastery of office tools- Good knowledge of an ERP, ideally SAP- Sense of priorities- Good physical condition: lifting of heavy loadsYour profile:- Logistics training- Required experience of at least 2 years in a similar function, ideally in the watchmaking sector- Position in 2x8 shift schedule (5:00/13:15 - 13:15/21:30)If you are ready to take on this exciting challenge offering great perspectives, send us your application as soon as possible.Without a response from us within 15 days, please consider that we have not retained your application.
