Description

We are
looking for a committed individual to join our client's team as an Internship –
Project Management Office (PMO).



Responsibilities


  • Build a cost‑baseline
    calculator: Design a validated, effort‑driver‑based model that converts
    project parameters (scope, complexity, duration) into consistent project
    cost baselines

  • Enhance the PDP: Collaborate
    with cross‑functional stakeholders to capture business needs and translate
    them into Product Development Process improvements

  • Document & guide: Update process
    documentation and create clear user guidelines to support optimised ways
    of working

  • Measure what matters: Support
    the definition, preparation and tracking of project KPIs (e.g., via Power
    BI) to enable effective performance monitoring

  • Enable learning: Help create
    engaging, concise project management training materials within the
    company’s learning platform


Profile


  • Education: Bachelor’s or
    Master’s (in progress or completed) in Business Administration, Project
    Management, Engineering, Computer Science (or a related field)

  • Skills & interests: Strong analytical
    and organisational skills, keen interest in digital process automation and
    app development

  • Excellent communication and
    teamwork skills. English is required, and knowledge of German or French is
    a plus

  • Tools: Proficient with Microsoft
    Office; familiarity with the Microsoft Power Platform (e.g., Power BI,
    Power Apps, Power Automate) is an advantage
