We are currently recruiting a nurse for internal medicine for a referral hospital establishment. Your missions: Take care of adults presenting various medical conditions (chronic, acute, multimorbidity). Provide nursing care tailored to health needs in connection with medical prescriptions. Ensure clinical monitoring and report any relevant developments to the medical team. Collaborate closely with doctors, physiotherapists, social workers, and other stakeholders to ensure a coordinated and comprehensive approach to patient care and continuity of care, in accordance with the multidisciplinary team's guidance. Support patients and their families, particularly during therapeutic phases or in preparation for returning home. Ensure compliance with hygiene standards, institutional procedures, and overall quality of care. ------- Desired Profile: Bachelor of Science in Nursing or diploma from the Swiss Red Cross in a hospital setting: Minimum 1 year for holders of a Swiss diploma. Minimum 2 years for holders of a foreign diploma. Emergency and crisis management skills with proficiency in the Soarian software (an advantage). Team spirit and the ability to work independently.
