Engineer (f/m/d) On behalf of our client based in Geneva, we are looking for an Engineer (f/m/d) responsible for orchestrating flows and ensuring reliable and controlled deployments, without operational disruption. Integrate and deploy environments in testing and production via CI/CD pipelines, ensuring quality and compliance with standards. Orchestrate deliverables and command the associated infrastructure (Linux/Windows, containers, databases) according to service standards. Industrialize environments by building pipeline models and implementing pre-existing controls, and enhance observability and diagnostic tools (Splunk, runbooks, SLO/SLA) to improve MTTD/MTTR and service continuity. Contribute to the scaling of IaC and resilience (criticality mapping, RTO/RPO, business continuity tests) and participate in on-call duty if required. Your profile Confirmed experience (+7 years) in and production deployment in complex environments with a strong culture of quality. Mastery of CI/CD environments and: pipelines, release management, and standards (Control-M, GoCD, Git, Ansible). Solid observability and diagnostic skills: Splunk, logging/metrics/traces, incident analysis, reduction-oriented approach to detection and resolution times (MTTD/MTTR). Good level of understanding of IaC: design of reusable environments, notions of policy-as-code. Knowledge of security and continuity: hardening, secret management, compliance, contributions to PCA/PRA/PCSN, and execution of tests. Essential skills: strong responsiveness, ability to manage multiple topics in parallel (context-switching), process rigor, sense of inter-team collaboration, and structured sharing of proposals.
