For one of our clients, the OKJOB Delémont agency is seeking a Technical Industrial Leader (CFC in mechanics, micromechanics or equivalent). Confirmed experience in an industrial environment, ideally in plastics. Experience in team management. Good knowledge of plastic injection, rubber, and mechanical processes. Mastery of ERP and office tools (Excel, Word). Knowledge of continuous methods (Lean, 5S, problem solving). Ability to read plans and understand key ranges: Proximity leadership, sense of responsibility, analytical spirit, solutions-oriented, ability to manage priorities and demanding environments. Team Management: Supervise and support a team (time management, absences, recruitment, skill development). Organize and distribute work according to priorities and production capacities. Animate team rituals and relay objectives and decisions from Management. Promote autonomy and production efficiency. Ensure compliance with schedules and deadlines. Follow orders in line with scheduling. Plan staffing in the short and medium term. Participate in equipment selection and projects related to the production line. Quality & Continuous Improvement: Ensure adherence to quality standards and procedures. Supervise controls and manage corrective actions. Collaborate with Quality, Logistics, Maintenance, and Methods departments. Actively contribute to continuous initiatives (5S, Lean, flow optimization, reduction of scrap). Participate in maintaining and improving the Quality System. Safety & Maintenance: Ensure the safety of personnel and compliance with instructions. Ensure follow-up on first-level maintenance.
