**Description du poste**
As part of a transversal support organization, you will lead a team of technicians. Your mission is to ensure the on-time and uninterrupted delivery of all chemistry required by our internal operations. You will also be in charge of our strategic Deionized Water generation stations, sub-fab rough pumps and gas abatement systems. You will be responsible for the smart management of the chemistry Warehouse and you will contribute to achieving EM's 2030 environmental targets for water recycling and GHG emissions reduction.
**Tasks and responsibilities**
* Ensure the team's capacity and capability to deliver services to our internal customers
* Capitalize on knowledge through the creation and update of official EM procedures
* Develop, motivate and support team members
* Take part in various projects on EM site related to your department.
* Responsible for:
* Ultra-pure Deionized water (DIW) generation station
* Wastewater neutralization station
* Chemical warehouse and stock levels management
* Rough pumps maintenance
* Gas abatements systems -- process gas neutralization (Scrubbers) maintenance
* Chemical waste management
* Parts cleaning and miscellaneous support for fab equipment sub parts
* Regular On call duty
* Interface with EM technical services, production teams, chemist and on-site sister companies
* Interface with suppliers
**Profil**
* BSc or technical degree with management experience
**Compétences requises**
* At least 5 years of experience in pumps, abatements systems and Deionized Water stations maintenance
* Strong leadership and management skills
* Change management skills to drive the team and toolset toward continuous efficiency improvement
* Flexible, proactive, pragmatic, solution-oriented, organized and reliable
* Excellent teamwork and stress management skills
* Project management experience is a plus
**Langues**
* Good written and verbal communication skills
* Fluent in French
* B2 level in English (written and oral)
