Adecco Geneva is recruiting on behalf of its client, a recognized company in the field of HVAC and maintenance, a HVAC Site Manager as part of a sustainable strengthening of its teams. Responsibilities: Manage small and medium-sized HVAC sites (heating & cooling) and coordinate the work of interventions. Execution follow-up. Compliance with deadlines, costs, and quality requirements. Supervise and manage teams: internal staff, subcontractors, temporary personnel (up to 20 people). Be the main on-site contact for: Project Managers, general contractors, other trades... Ensure compliance with safety rules, regulations, and standards in force. Profile: Experience: Minimum of 5 years in heating and/or experience in managing HVAC sites. Experience in Switzerland appreciated, but not mandatory. Excellent command of HVAC on large-scale tertiary and housing projects. Reading plans and multi-actor involvement. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Managerial & personal skills. Leadership and on-site authority. Comfortable in demanding and high-pressure environments. Autonomy, rigor, and sense of responsibility. Desire to evolve and be part of a long-term project.
