Description

Reporting to the Head of HR, your responsibilities will include:

  • Lead the end-to-end recruitment process: needs analysis, job descriptions, job postings, sourcing, agency coordination, screening, interviews, reference checks, and salary negotiations.
  • Build and maintain a talent pipeline to proactively secure high-potential candidates for strategic roles.
  • Design and implement staff development initiatives; coordinate training programs and career path planning for the Swiss market.
  • Support performance management in collaboration with Managers, including the annual evaluation cycle and action planning.
  • Manage conflict resolution processes in partnership with Managers.
  • Conduct interviews and exit interviews; monitor evaluations and implement follow-up measures as needed.
  • Prepare and analyse HR reports and statistics: turnover, recruitment, absences, entries/exits, and organisational charts.
  • Develop and track HR KPIs tailored to the retail environment, ensuring actionable insights and follow-up.
  • Monitor market salary benchmarks.
  • Collaborate with the Head of HR to manage bonus and incentive programs.
  • Partner with Managers to analyse needs, support workforce planning, and review work schedules.
  • Stay informed on industry trends to enhance employee well-being.
  • Act as the main HR contact for employees.
  • Support learning initiatives and contribute to the development of training programs aligned with business needs.
  • Provide support for various HR initiatives as required.

Profile

  • 3-5 years in a similar HR role
  • Native or excellent command of French and German.
  • Good knowledge of English (B2/C1 level).
  • Additional languages, especially Italian, are a plus.
  • Solid understanding Swiss labour law.
  • Dynamic, analytical, and detail-oriented.
  • Discreet yet assertive when needed.
  • Autonomous and proactive, with strong initiative.
  • Well-organised and solution-oriented.
  • Empathetic with excellent listening skills.
  • Flexible regarding working hours and travel (up to 40%).
