For one of our clients, we are looking for a social worker in home care 70%. You hold a HES-SO / HETS-Geneva Bachelor in social work or an equivalent qualification. You have very good knowledge of the Geneva socio-health network. You must have at least 2 years of successful experience in supporting vulnerable or excluded populations, or respond quickly to the request of a professional from the Geneva socio-health network and direct them to the appropriate service. Conduct social-health work with the nurse, bringing social expertise, proposing short-term interventions while respecting the legal framework. Support clients and their families in their social and administrative procedures. Write a precise report of each intervention, including the services provided and retained.
