To complete our Building department, we are looking for a: Health, Safety, and Technical Services Manager.Mission: Ensure a safe, healthy, and compliant work environment regarding health and safety while ensuring the maintenance, upkeep, and compliance of the company's buildings and technical infrastructures.Responsibilities:Health and Safety- Develop, implement, and manage Health and Safety at Work (HSW) policies and procedures;- Conduct audits, inspections, and risk analyses;- Define and monitor Health & Safety performance indicators;- Investigate incidents/accidents and propose corrective measures;- Raise awareness and train staff (PPE, first aid, fire, hazardous products, etc.);- Manage relationships with authorities and regulatory bodies;- Ensure the follow-up and update of internal documentation;- Coordinate the management of alarms (fire/burglary) and the maintenance of security systems (extinguishers, video surveillance, etc.);- Lead and promote continuous improvement of Health & Safety processes;- Ensure management and documentation related to Health & Safety (reports, records, archiving).Technical Services & Buildings- Oversee and coordinate the concierge and maintenance team;- Supervise the upkeep, maintenance, and security of the infrastructures;- Plan and oversee renovation and compliance work;- Organize waste management and recycling (including special waste);- Manage internal and external service providers for maintenance work and animate health and safety initiatives;- Ensure Health & Safety for new projects;- Conduct emergency drills and interventions;- Develop a culture of safety and ergonomics in collaboration with other HES in Occupational Safety and Health Protection (Contact Person for Occupational Safety).Requirements:- Confirmed experience of at least 5 years in a similar position in an industrial environment;- Mastery of Swiss Health & Safety regulations;- Experience in building management, maintenance, and infrastructure;- Knowledge of security systems (fire, intrusion, video surveillance);- Proficient in follow-up tools and reporting (audits, reports);- Rigor, reliability, and a sense of prevention;- Analytical skills and the ability to solve complex problems;- Leadership, a sense of pedagogy;- Proactivity, flexibility, and continuous improvement;- Discretion and the ability to manage priorities.We offer:- Flexible working hours (possibility to finish at 3:30 PM from Monday to Friday);- 5 weeks of vacation per year plus 1 week of 15-minute breaks offered;- Salary paid on a 13-month basis plus coverage of your health insurance;- Regular events (summer meals, monthly brunches, company outings) with various partners (fleet discounts, private sales at prestigious brands), in a healthy, rewarding, dynamic, and constantly evolving work environment. jid0068174aen jit0208aen jpiy26aen
